When considering a low carb diet, one needs to consider a lot of things to make a Low Carb Diet Menu. Making one is not to complicated, or difficult, but to get nutrition and a well balanced meal does take some planning. What should one look for?
Try to incorporate more proteins and fats into your diet. Often low carb meals do not factor in many carbs, as they tend to be empty. These types of carbs are not filling, and leave you feeling hungry after you finish eating them.
Instead you want to have plenty of protein. Protein will leave you statisfied and give you the full feeling that you need to keep from overeating.
Here is my favorite low calorie lunch:
Small mixed greens salad with 3 oz of steak chopped up on top. For a salad dressing, use a small amount of oil and vinegar. You can eat more of the greens, as they do not have many calories.
